Individual - $25 ($20 prior to 9/30/11) | Family - $45 ($40 prior to 9/30/11) - Pre-registered runners may pick up their bibs and running packets at the Optimal Health Center office on Saturday October 15th between 8:00am - 12:00pm or at the 7:30am race day registration.

Buddy Up: Free Training Runs
Join our free training runs in September, learn to tackle this 5K with assurance. Free training runs will be held at the Optimal Health Center office beginning Tuesday September 6th at 5:00pm and running through race week. No registration necessary.

About Optimal Health Center:
Optimal Health Center is proud to be hosting the 2nd annual "5K Run/Walk For Wellness” in Yardley. Our run will be held on Sunday October 16, 2011at Charles Boehm Middle School from at 8:30 AM. The 5K Run/Walk For Wellness is an event focusing on educating the members of our community on very important information which is critical to the total wellness for our residents. We will be sharing an array of information on health, safety, environmental and financial wellness. Be sure to sign up for a free website membership and receive wellness tips and updates about other upcoming Optimal Health Center events.
